right , done a bit over this last week or so,
right using either the rotary or stick valve grinder i lapped in the valves with course then fine cutting paste, making sure to clean it all out of the head after grinding .
rough valves
apply paste, not too much
lapping the valves in the head, keep in order after this !!
ground valves
sprayed the head with red oxide then frosts engine enamel,
then new valve stem seals were fitted
valves pushed up from under side of head
using valve compressor spring and washer was fitted and compressed
collets fitted loosely by hand
then clamp removed to retain collet, spring and valve in the head
all done
then i stripped and cleaned the rocker shaft
all reassembled and fitted with new springs
