Looks like a trailer/towing lights socket.

v tidy. need to get some photos of mine whilst im adding to it. Looking at that has given me some cool ideas (checks bank account....... bugger wedding to pay for!!) keep on it

as a running motor without any sign of head issues it's worth about £100 i reckon, but same applies, do i keep it to rebuild/make a table/stick in a lawnmower etc etc...?!
