I would offer my drive! But its a bit far! And I currently have a rolling chassis being stripped!

Don't know if I mentioned this but.. Go for the 130 option

haha yeah cheers Gaz, Tis a wee bit far!

Yeah i really really want a 130. Itll work out an absolute bargain too.

Found a couple of workshop units, Theres one not far from me for £200 a month. Would be a handy place to have to be honest.

200... A month.... that about the norm? would only charge 198 :)

given the chance of a 130 you should jump first think later.

Well i see it as a perfect vehicle for what need, i want something to be able to carry the motorbikes or loads of engineering gear whathaveyou. And also something we go on an overland expedition sometime, maybe for our honeymoon next year.

I also see it as absolutely perfect to start out the catering business we have come up with as they are so damn big.. they just attract attention - the perfect marketing tool

If i rob all the bits i need off the 90, i should still be able to flog all the bits that are left for a grand or so, and so the total cost to get it on the road (before doing mods) will be about £1200!!!!

Thats for a 300tdi powered 130, rolling on 35's with a big lift, discs all round etc.

what ... and have some theiving tax dodging students pee on it in the middle of some butt chugging initiation ceremony....

yes purlease! :D

well the space issue could well be solved.

after looking around...

garges to rent are too small
indutrial units - fooking robbin expensive place near me wants £800 a month for 1000 sq ft + rates etc so it works out at a grand!

So after a bit of thought... **** it... we are going to get a farm. At least then i can start our business "from home" which will save loads of travel costs, we get to live somewhere quiet... and we get to don flat caps and pretend to be toffs... wikked!

Back to the 110....

New tyres (thanks to moxongundogs) are being shod onto a new set of 15 x 10 wide offset rims this weekend by 4x4at (cheers lads) so that will mean wombie can be on some proper tyres at last!

Mrs has just rang to say my new RTC steering damper has arrived in the post :D

New winch bumper got picked up the other night from doncaster and ive mounted the hid spotlights i have to it (only just fit!!!) and i have a new set of stainless chunky bolts to mount that on the dumb irons this weekend. Most fun is going to be getting the old military bumper off as some cnut as welded it on and i dont really want to strip half the front end off to get it off.... might just cut the ends off it with the angle grinder and scrap it

need to replace the headlight stalk this weekend, trim the plastic ignition cowling a bit as its rubbing on the steering wheel boss i have, ive got a new set of indicators to fit as one has stopped working... and i suspect its fooked. HID headlights to install, hopefully my roofrack will arrive tomorrow so then i can install that and mount the roof crate that i have... and that will do for one weekend me thinks!

Find one with plenty of buildings and I'll rent a shed. Need more workshop space.

Her mother has been on at us for the past year about all moving in together so if she moved in and paid a third of the bills... i would actually be better off than i am now!!! WTF!!! Mind... she would have to put up with hearing her daughter getting some every night ;)
