all very valid points cheers, had a straight tubular in mind so looks like i should spend the extra few quid, save myself a hangover and get a better bumper! If i had the tools id knock one up myself but my garage just doesnt stretch to that at the moment. G Man if u want some tech drawings or models of ur bumper doing gimme a shout and il be more than happy to do some for ya

cheers mate i'm nowhere near ready to make it yet, for a start the landy is up for a complete overhaul soon i doubt i will need technical drawings as i will be doing the lot myself although if mine goes well i may knock a few up to sell

yeah chop the centre out of the bumper and weld it up like i did, not pretty like all these options but does the job.

I notice no one has mentioned the D44 Bumpers, it's that cause they cost 450 squids or because Devon 4x4 are tossers ??
