Good pointer, but All the leak pipes were new last year and there isnt a drop of anything to be seen. Not even anti freeze now

. All the testing went great this afternoon and the fan mod along with the bigger fan goes really well. The fans now shut off in less than a minute

Managed to break into the fan plugs and introduce the relay feed wires into the spades and solder them together. I then got the rubber seal back into the back of the fan plug and seal it up with a bit of silicon gasket sealer. Took for a run down the motorway to warm everything through and charge the battery fully. Absolutely happy

You could run for hours and the battery still wouldn't be fully charged

I've tried allsorts Tony three different motor factors and on line. The last pipe I got has a thicker wall so fingers crossed.

The cheap stuff usually splits where it goes over the spill nipple. Putting an inch of heat shrink over each end makes it last much longer.
