X-Eng, X Defend Column Lock for Defender

This was bought from Foundry 4x4 but had to be removed due to a faulty ignition barrel. All it needs is a replacement shear bolt - you will see the bolt in the picture has had the head sheared off, that just needs replacing with a shear bolt and you’re good to go.

These are £76 not including shipping on the Foundry 4x4 website.

I’m asking £55 shipped (UK only).

Great selling technique.

Not working is pretty much the definition of broken. 'All it needs...' is a good way to make people wary and kicking off doesn't inspire confidence that any after sales issue will be joyfully resolved.

At the time I had my sparky with me and he diagnosed the ignition barrel was on it’s way out so I had to remove the X-Defend Column lock that I had previously fitted along with the barrel. I ordered a new barrel there and then and in a blind panic also ordered another X Defend column lock, all for next day delivery so I could get the Landy up and running. If I’d had more time to think about it, I wouldn’t have ordered the second one as all it needed was a new shear bolt. But you live and learn.

I’m trying to sell this in good faith, I’m not in the habit of ripping people off. If you’re not interested, please don’t bother commenting.
