i used left over rubber trim around the inner arch, but soon gets removed by mud off road. better used on the arch itself. round over the arch edge with a grinder...
10x15 i will be going for prob with 33 1250 15 on them so 50mm wide will prob do
10" rims defo the way to go although i have 35" plan later in the year is body liftThat's what's on mine.

There will be enough alloy skin to bend over the gap. You cut around 40 mm into the door, but the gap is only around 20 mm.
It's not a hard job, just don't **** up. Power tools increase the **** up ratio, so avoid them if you're a bit of a novice!
