P38A What oil lubes your automatic box?

Hey guys and gals! Long time no post! Me and my dad both replaced the oil in ye olde box of magical gears with Manol Dexron 3 oil and have noticed that our boxes are behaving weirdly. They shunt when they change gear and will come up with "gearbox overheating" on the dashboard if booted in the high revs but only flickers and goes away. And when I turn it off and then on again goes away completely. All these problems are occasional and don't happen all the time. What oil do you guys use?

Local Halfrauds dexron 3 no problems. Battery over heat usually battery/alternator problems 9 times out of 10

I use MTF 94 with no hard shifts unless i am a bit ruff with the clutch

Guessed it was an auto by dex111 just thought i would throw a spanner in the works

blame your dad if he's fecked your gearbox, he's after your battery.
