welcome to the world of mud fellaHi, I'm new to the Forum (and Landrovers), but over the past week I have changed the front coil springs on my Discovery (TD5 2000), replaced the battery, and still have discs and pads on the rear to do. Oh, and the ACE pressure gague needed replacing as well. Just wear and tear really so I don't mind. I've only had it a week but love it already
me and my mate went for a play hehe
lol my mate took the lower side even tho he has better tires than me and i still matched him hahaLooks like Saint Catherines Oriatory car park to me.
And finally changed front brake pads. Old'uns just had 1mm left
tonight ill mostly be investigating the "broken" gear box my missus text me about - she cant find anything to make her move
- how much we betting the hi/lo levers in neutral ?
That's what i've had to have done today... didn't realise mine were low though. It just started making a horrible metal-on-metal scraping noise, and kept seizing on every few miles.
Sadly, as I was on my way to work, I've had to drop it off at the local garage to have both left and right front pads changed.
Possibly the caliper too, if it's seizing.
They say 1.5 hours... shouldn't take that long, should it?!?
