What have you done to your Landie today.

Not the end of the world but next time jet wash the calipers and change 'em yourself.

Fitted new rock sliders, replaced rear shoes, replaced leaking valve on rear wheel.

Opened the door, shook my head , two deep breaths, closed the door again. Still too cold to start the work on it.

I have magic bulds in my disco's dashboard wednesday night temp side of dashboard had join the darkside so could only see speedo and fuel gauge, got some new bulbs yesterday lunchch time so i could them saturday

Driving home last night from work and out bulb had rejoined the lightside..

Still gonna check plugs and bulbs sat, changed the fuel gauge side, bulb before christmas.

i'd have done it this time around, except it was a work day and i needed transport! Can't easily do it of an evening in the dark after work, so had no choice, sadly.

Tis fair enough mate, i'm lucky enough to have a daily driver so my truck is a toy.
(Though i did change the rear pads on it in less than 10 minutes last week )

ordered my free tax disc online for the first time.....dont think I'll do it again, just not as satisfying as watching the frown on the miserable womans face in the postoffice as she begrudgingly writes NIL

next year if you can find a post office thats open write a cheque for 0.00pence and hand it over just to rub salt in wounds.

Just fixed the rear window washer on my Disco II, has not been working since I bought it 18 months ago! Turned out to be a faulty non return valve in the rear door.

Just goes to show I'm getting down to the less important jobs now

Watched Mad Hat Man fit proper electrical connectors to my front spotlights. Mahoosive thanks to MHM for his time and his tea!

Fitted new glow plugs and rear speakers

osram nightbreakers plus and a mantec mushroom top went onto the mucky pup today... those bulbs are flippin amazing!

How much were the bulbs Fleck? Want brigher ones in my 300tdi but get scared off by the sky high prices!

cleaned leaking oil from around sump & nipped up loose fixings, fingers crossed might slow down the leaks, if not another job for the list
