What have you done to your Landie today.

Used mine as a 'soup kitchen'

Some of the kids from the local school where my wife works are doing a 'sleep out in cardboard boxes' thing to raise money for Shelter.

So we 'volunteered' our youth group to go up and make them some tea and coffee etc.

Disco came in really useful with an urn of hot water in the back.

Well, I was going to be pulling off my gearbox today to change a fooked clutch thrust bearing but I got a fooked back instead and am enjoying the floaty feel of these wicked pills the doc gave me, never been so chilled.....
So I'm gonna do FOOK ALL to my landy today :D

finally got round to getting axle breather off to check it was clear, hub's only been leaking for 3 months  next time tho i'll remember not to drive across a field full of cow**** before i crawl around under the landy:doh:

Pulled off the (now fooked) rear antiroll bar....

Thats coz landrover makes it, its still a Rangerover though.

The landowners didn't want to be seen in the same vehicle as their peasant farmers so it had to be called something different, and posher.

I bought some new bits for mine.

New petrol cap fitted.
Front and rear diff guards going on tomorrow
Wading plug....I might need that :D

Tomorrow I have a plan;

Fit diff guards
Clean sedimentor
Remove the valence part of the bumper - and if I can do it without damage, save it to put back on again after the weekend away.

We'll see how far I get.......

Santa came early today :) , well my order from paddocks anyway ......
