fitted my thermostat housing with new gaskets and thermostat. found that my modification of a bleed screw in the top doesn't work so used the old top then fought to get the air out. might still have some in there but majority should be out now. also took a pic of the winch bumper but photobucket is taking ages on my phone so ill put that up later for your opinions

her we go I think it sits too low what do you think

oh and I noticed that although I have renewed the leak off pipes and used clips I still have a leak between 2 and 3 could this be the copper washers on the banjo bolts and what size are they so I can get some ready to swap over

Manged to get the flap disc going, sheltered under the car from rain and cleared some surface patches of rust on the chassis.

Also had a bash at the doors before it got dark. Hoping the forecast for tomorrow holds and allows some major progress to be made.

Started to strip down the rear tub, removed the bottom strips and the capping etc ready to blasted and galved

also removed the side panel, so i can swop it with one as i want the filler neck in the original place

Was involved in a minor collision in my 90 today but not at fault, no injuries, and no damage done to mine but the other guy had part of his front bumper torn off his zafira by my tyre :D

I've been busy with Dinitrol this afternoon. I sprayed some more into my door bottoms, and into the box sections on the bulkhead. On trying to undo the door hinge bolts to gain access I felt the depressing feeling of captive nuts liberating themselves. I'll have to wait until I get some more and then have a go at drilling the heads off the old screws. Plenty of Dinitrol in the bulkhead though, via some handy little rubber caps on the A post. I sprayed the bottom part of the footwells too, inside and outside, and refreshed the inside of the chassis at the front as well. I dropped the removable crossmember and Dinitroled the mating faces where it presses against the chassis. Feels much better.
