started stripping the paint off my spare Bulkhead. It's gonna be stripped, welded & then Galvanised.

Needs O/S footwell, N/S top corner and the Curved bits that the flaps fit into when closed. There is a chap on the estate who makes Morgan chassis Ammong other things. & He is gonna make any bits that need shaping or swaging

cleaned, painted and fitted my rear diff guard then made a rough a bar for my winch bumper but think that it isn't for a disco as it sits really low. I'm happy with where the winch tray sits as it is right between the front chassis legs and is about 8mm thick steel so definitely up to the job but the box section to make the sides of the bumper is level with the chassis and so is about 5 inches below the trims under the lights and indicators. whats the best way to sort this?

Had my aluminium panels which have been sprayed fitted over back windows on my csw.
Fitted a boss and quick release along with new steering wheel.

had my thermostat gasket turn up so just waiting on the housing to head gasket then I can hopefully get rid of my cooling gremlins

AM..fitted a cut shaped piece of galvo sheet over the hole where sunroof was.
good silicon between surfaces then 10 stainless blind pop rivets, but was they tough or what..
then while the sun shone, painted it gloss black to match my disco.

will sort the underside another day..

PM - till dark...
see LZ international rescue thread..

Finished clearing up the rear of the 110 inside + prime and paint & sketched plans for my carpet fitment to go from the back door under the rear seats.

Also I finally managed to fix one of the bigger dents thats been bugging me loads, and struggled refitting one of the spats with those pesky push pin things  and its still not completely on, the new wing has slightly offset holes so I need to get the drill out, that can wait until tomorrrow.

I think Ill take my time on this as I hate the scratching away at old glue bit. Does anyone have any top tips? Should I borrow the other halfs hairdryer ??

Persil bio liquid is the most astonishing dissolver of glue and paint. In these temps, paint it on then cover with cling film for 24 hours.

Thanks for the tip

I've got a seeping oil leak from the seal between the bell housing and engine block. Any ideas which seal may have gone and if so what do I have to do to stop the dam thing :/

I am a little concerned that its going to affect my clutch if that is going inside the bell housing

Rear crank seal possibly

Finally completed 99.9% of sanding and priming and got rid of the dust coat, now I just have to go over any outstanding niggles and tidy those up ready for finishing.

fitted my winch bumper but not sure I'm entirely happy with how it sits really want it tucked up to the bottom of the trims under the headlights. I'll have to get a pick tomorrow and see what you guys think

They do site really far out and low! I moved mine up to the bottom of the lights n ditched the trims and shifted it back a fair bit.
