What have you done to your Landie today.

Welded mounts on to the chassis for my heavy duty rear bumper, straightened ally plating on rear quarter, changed plastic cover on dials, fitted new injector seals, injector harness and rocker cover gasket. Changed fuel filter and gauze on pressure regulator. Next up today is full t-cut to remove overspray where previous owner sprayed roof black without masking correctly :-(

Checked all my wheel bearings, and took a diff oil sample, but couldn't get my transfer box fill plug out :( so didn't check that. Will get it on a ramp next week and do that one!

I have also found that copious amounts of jd, newcastle brown and vodka make fitting a new clutch so much less of a chore :) mr p dude, thanks fer yer help today bro.

Wow.. what a day, started out by relocating my winch solenoid which went OK, moved on to attaching the front outriggers for the roll cage.. did my welder want to play ball, NO! what a PITA!

Dropped a few of my mates off so they could go out on the ****, love the looks I get when I drive through town :D

shoved some swivel grease in n changed rear light bulb:p (also put my back wheel in the r1 n changed back brake pads but i digress!)

i have to ask, how did you sleep in the back of a 90?? often wonderd about doing it in mine, I know im short, but not that short haha. Plus with me tool kit in there and bits, it may be a bit hard underneath ;)

slept in her all weekend at bmf rally last week, wasnt too bad, sussed out if a move slightly diagonally i can actually stretch out corner to corner!! was more comfortable the second night, decided when i do it again, even with the tent attached to the back needs the back windows covering to cut the light out ;)

good progress for once, the cage is now refitted after spraying it, drilled all holes a little larger and bolted in using M10's instead of 8's

bulkhead fitted along with B pillars, shimed n adjusted and the gaps are all good, all measure the same as the 109" which is good as they are series doors going on

trial fitted the sliders, they still need spraying the correct yellow as the powder coat yellow is too warm....

finally sprayed the roof gal'd fittings to match the motor and finished off by jetwashing the 300tdi and r380 i collected yesterday to go in it
