Photos don't really show any angle at all! That's the problem with 2d mediums.....

I got stuck on a flat gravel drive when the handbrake stuck on when I was doing the hg!:  . (Was 2wd at the time though)

Learnt valuable lesson.... Don't drop spanner near starter motor!! Big sparks!

And also that changing the oil pressure switch isn't the 5 min job I was hoping!!

Brought a new Freelander. 06 plate hse with low miles. Really well looked after. The little bits that make the difference like all the exposed threads have a coat of wd40 on, all exposed brake lines have a bit of lube on them to protect them matching Pirelli all round and a brand new spare. I am always a bit doubtfull of buying a car with a worn spare because it means at one point the owners were to tight to buy two tyres so what else were they too tight for? Really was a nice example and really does drive like brand new.

Only one thing. I appear to have brought one without a fbh! I was sure all hse spec had them as standard but apparently not! I checked under the bumper and saw the hole and just assumed the exhaust was further inside.

So I think my freelander commercial will soon be for sale. Although I am using it whilst my L series is in pieces

Or like me bought 4 new tyres and kept one of the old ones as a spare..

Sounds good, hope she lets you modify it ;)

Well it's more her car tbh. It's too nice to go off-roading but she does want tinted windows, side steps and a lift kit.
I dont really want to put a lift kit on it though, much rather put it on mine :)

Or you could lift both....Now there's a thought ;)

The '06 like mine has the PTC heater instead. The FBH was an option, as was cruise and a heated windscreen.

No cruise or heated windscreen. Is the PTC heated just as good then? I have read a couple of things but I don't really know that much about them.
