Don't know yet ceffyn will have a look in the morningwhat was the outcome on the power steering!
can you get a pic of it that way everyone will be able to see what it is even a low quality pic will help more than no pic
Magicgrotto: what was the outcome on the power steering!
The ones that go 4 ways two go into thermostat.,they have a drain screw in them.
No,I can assure you it isn't power steering fluid lol, they've been replaced also.
had a good day in getting the cam belts done today
pointed out to me by the mechanics that the oil pump had been leaking so was a blessing getting it all done
also got a new water pump, front timing belt and rear fuel pump belt , tensioners , crankshaft oil seal and bolt
aux belt , upgraded oil pump, all new antifreeze
all genuine parts
also on the way home for some unknown reason the mpg was a lot better , maybe the fuel pump belt was out
watched them do the disco from start to finish , they done it all in 5x hours flat , very impressive to see both guys work methodically and with pride
came back on the motorway, was extremely smooth , seemed different , it that could just be me
booked in to have the egr blanked and autobox oil done next month
then last job will be getting the headlining out and replacing the air bags
so then it will be ready to play at LZ13
am really chuffed that this big job is now all done , well on the way to getting it all done and dusted
getting this disco was the best thing i've ever done
thought i better take some pics , otherwise it didn't happen, lol

@gstuart ,
How many spare bolts / nuts left after the work was done?.......
I always have loads, So I know I am doing a good job.
Cheers
they had different containers and at the end of it there was nothing left over
Weight off your mind. If I were you I'd replace your outside air temp sensor - 9 degrees, we don't even get that in the summer
Good to get all that work done in a day, peace of mind motoring for another 7 years
Right, they probably hid them under under that cap that has SAE 5W/30 written on it........good hiding place for small things that is.
Cheers
Snot a minus, tis a dash, get your specs on Popsminus 9 , u need ur specs again, lol
is an enormous amount of worry off my mind , massive relief as the oil pump had been leaking a good few months
took them ages to clean it all off, mpg useto be around 20 , but now has greatly improved
Well done Gary !
Must be a day of fixing Disco's !
Got mine fixed ! NEW p/s/pump from LRS Doncaster
No nasty's', no oil leaks Up to yet
Snot a minus, tis a dash, get your specs on Pops
glad urs is all sorted
it ant -9c , just have to admit it ur eyes have failed u on this occasion
it says ext -9c,
so raspberries
Rubbish, there was a space between the - and the 9, so its a dash not a minus.
Anyway, did you ever manage to find the rubber grommets missing from the engine cover?
WHO & where ???love upullit
