Yep But she is recovering wellooh bloody "ell poor thing.
So i had a valve block at home i bought years ago for one of my old ones, i threw that on late last night, put it in extended height and used workshop compressor to fill it with air, lifted it right up pulled the battery off and was still up now over 12hours later,
Thrown it back outside and asked it to drop to normal height, front right corners still higher then the rest, so guess its out of calibration,
Did the fuel return lines looks like the intank pumps not working at all no flow through the filter with the glowplug light on,
It must have a later engine compared too my old ones plastic inlet and a maf and and egr (eeew)
Mabye a bit backwards in my process but iv not spent any thing before my holiday and its just been idle time iv been fiddling,
Im actually starting to like the brown interior too,
I now have a list to do before getting it in for an mot,

That is why I always carry a 12 volt tyre inflator and a set of emergency valves. Never had to use them but they are there should the need arise. Sounds like you pump has been feeding a leak and died as a result.Drove from my place in Somerset to Cardiff.. or at least I would have if an EAS fault hadn’t shown itself just outside of Newport.
Managed to get off the M4 into a residential street with some free parking while it sat on its bumpstops. Bugger.
No worries, I’ve got the OBD cable in the glove box and my laptops in the boot. Have this checked and cleared and at least able to get to my destination and have a proper sort tomorrow.
All plugged in, run it and nothing. No codes present. Software is doing something as I can pull all the ride heights it’s at and get it to throw up the messages on the dash when selected. But the Unlock and Read Codes just isn’t doing anything.
So currently the P38 is in a street in Newport, while I’m in Cardiff to complete a training course this coming week. RAC will be called to recover me on Friday
+1 carry the same. It will get you homeThat is why I always carry a 12 volt tyre inflator and a set of emergency valves. Never had to use them but they are there should the need arise. Sounds like you pump has been feeding a leak and died as a result.
That’s my worry. I’ll no doubt post an update once I’ve dug deep. Doing various reading online it does seem like it’s a likely cause. That is why I always carry a 12 volt tyre inflator and a set of emergency valves. If only it was that hereYou really need to pay the proper price!

It's a land-rover thingWhat a pain in the bumtious. Smelt a faint diesel smell past couple of days so thought I'd have a look this morning. Leak off pipe no 5 to no 6 weeping at no 6. 2 minute job me thinks to change. Would it eckers like go on the no 6 nipple. Tried pipe off between 3 and 4, no joy at all. New piping fits all other injectors. Ended taking inlet manifold off for a good look see. Got big torch out and magnifying glass. Well blow me a ring of the old leak off pipe had stayed on the nipple. Cut off carefully with Stanley knife and voila on went the new pipe. So what started out as a nowt job turned into a saga, at least a happy ending
Very true there Mark very trueIt's a land-rover thing
Paying a lot more than that here I was thinking it was a bargain when it dropped to £1.48You really need to pay the proper price!
