With delay relay out, it still sinks. O/S worse than N/S but both have gone down. Diaphragm?
Diagpragm is just the storage side of the system IIRC it shouldn't cause it to sink. With delay relay out, it still sinks. O/S worse than N/S but both have gone down. Diaphragm?

Did you trim and taper the lines into the valveblock when you rebuilt it the first time?Oh goody, I get to strip the valve block down again.
Quick turn with a pencil sharpener. No bubbles with the fairy liquid. It's been fine for months then banjaxxed this morning.Did you trim and taper the lines into the valveblock when you rebuilt it the first time?
Try some soapy water on the valveblock

Hi, I’m keen to know how you get on with the front screen as mine is a bit battle scared thanks to a previous muppet who couldn’t afford a pair of blades.Nearly forgot, had a go at getting some scratches out of the rear screen. A previous owner had run the rear wiper with it being totally tatered, so the clips on the arm had worn some nice marks. Prats.
Some time ago I bought a glass polishing kit, a little velcro bonnet with a couple of grades of fine grit wet and dry, and a couple of mops with polishing compound. Much to my surprise it actually worked quite well, well enough that you don't notice it from the inside anyway. Happy bunny. Has given me the confidence to have a go at the front screen which is also sporting a few lines, though not as bad as the rear was. Just need to be carefull not to distort the view out the front.
Was going to have a go tomorrow, but it would appear Senior Management has decided it would be a really spiffing idea for me to do a tip run, and then there are a few "Little jobs - only take a couple of minutes". Will report on my progress in due time.Hi, I’m keen to know how you get on with the front screen as mine is a bit battle scared thanks to a previous muppet who couldn’t afford a pair of blades.
