What did you do with your Range Rover today

Did nothing, started it to top up the battery...

I don't feel like taking it out and normally it makes me happy..

Pardon me jumping in, I have a couple that are scuffed and would like to replace, but how do you get to bend the pipe and get it to stay in place. As when they turn 90deg to go into the block.?

I did mine and put bends in it, just slow gentle heat, and put a wire in there and bend the wire the plastic will follow

This. And enough length so that the bend is fairly shallow.

+1 or if no wire try putting some sand in, the really dry kids play sand is ideal

I have a heat gun. And I'm fairly sure there is a 50m reel of 3.2mm dia wire in the garage.

@Henry_b self adhesive draft excluder is good for round the openings and less messy than sealer.

I made this rig and used a hair dryer, not exactly Chippendale. Leave it to cool before removing.

Hmmm, seen a P38 that colour for sale for ages round here, and it has suddenly vanished. I assumed he sold it at last. Be a shame if he went down this path.

Cut the foam out of the car, saturated it was..

I was thinking of ways to dry it, then Dad came out and said "run it over"..

Hmm..

Amazing what you can do with a 2 ton Saloon...............

defo got more water out than leaving it to air dry..

much lighter too..

Going to see an xj350 for disk sizes and a 1996 xjs for steering issues tomorrow for a client. The xj350 is nice but a little too much plastic for me.
