Spent the last hour under the Range Rover taking off the front prop off after the wife broke the uj. Guess what I'll be doing in the morning after a trip to Emmotts.
Just went for my first trip in the snow this morning with the Rangie...took it nice and easy, feeling out how she handles. Got a slight skitter on as I went round a 90degree right hand corner, but she held nicely. Then pi$$£d myself laughing as the RAV4 behind me did a full 180 spin on the same corner, cos the pillock was going too fast and thought he could keep up with me!!
Will people never learn to drive to their own...and the cars ability?
Wife broke the UJ? Either the VCU is seized or you forgot to grease the UJ's on the last few servicesSpent the last hour under the Range Rover taking off the front prop off after the wife broke the uj. Guess what I'll be doing in the morning after a trip to Emmotts.

They are capable in t'snow aren't they? I suspect if I had better tyres on she would've been unstoppable.Had my first proper play in the snow today, the Rangie is awesome!!

I'm currently sporting Kumho Road Venture APT and I think it is the last time I run a set. They are well behaved on sealed roads or dirt tracks but they quickly leave their comfort zone. The only thing that stops me getting stuck more is just the vast amounts of mechanical grip RRs have.Yep, theyre deffo capable. Got a full set of Marshal Matrac road tyres on my girl, but even with them on she was handling the snow and ice like a true pro.
Had to laff at the X5s,XC40s and other so-called '4x4's that I just glided past.
Ahh...Landrover, The Best 4x4...BY FAR!!
