It's called "video of p38 vibration at idle" see what you think. I'm losing faith with it I've literally changed everything on it to get it like domino said "like new" but now im down to just this vibration and it's looking like it's either the transfer box at fault or the flex plate. Either way it's about to have a whole load more money thrown at it and I'm not sure if it's actually going to fix it. Can you see what I'm saying...?

I can. I've just spent close to £800 on tools and a refurbed FIP and I'm not even sure it will stop it stalling in hot weather! However, I've decided she's to be kept so either determination or bl**dy mindedness will see me through.

Left some notes on the thread. Think it is just a case of elimination. The props are quick and easy to detach so that's where I'd start and see if it made a difference. I've had a look at RAVE and there are things that move in there. I'm not sure how much moves with an auto when it is sat there idling.

Well yesterday I replaced all 6 heater plugs because 2 had gone with nondiscript ones and today I went to local factors and bought 6 NGK ones to replace them with because it needed 2 heats for it to start ! Its never needed 2 heats to start even when its cold and 2 duff plugs. I hang my head in shame I should have known better at my age !

[Whispers] I turned my FIP a little more towards the engine and it starts on 1 cycle of the glow-plugs (they were new Delphi ones). Always took 2 cycles before.
