What did you do with your Range Rover today

Air filters to check next.
Coolant temp sensor to change.. not looking forward to that.. will need to find the right OAT to add.. didn't know there were so many types!!
Then another go at the boot strap..
Then the rear screen washer jet
Then the headlights washer pump

By the time I've done all that it'll be time to change the oil again!! At this rate :eek:

Sounds like you may get that done by afternoon coffee break just in time to watch the f1:D.

If you look at the oil filter cap there could be oil rings at the end of the filter locator stalk? :)
Once i took the oil filter out of the housing, there was a perforated plastic tube that stayed in place, but that was a larger diameter than the 2 extra o rings, so i don't think they are for that. I didn't take any pipework off while changing the filter so i can't see it being for that pipe connection in the other link.. I'm baffled

We had a leak in our oil cooler. It could have also been a leak on an oil pipe that goes from the cooler (area) to the side of the block (area) it was a common fault apparently, but no we had to have the expensive fix:rolleyes:.

So save them O rings incase;). Cos maybe related to @Mark Piercy comment.
