Who has an l322 with a fbh remote? Do you ever use it? Taken the battery out of mine so it won't go flat over summer. Used it a couple of times when it was really cold, just because i could nice not to have to wait for the screen to clear
I wonder what uses less fuel.. running the fbh for getting in and driving off, or letting the engine warm itself up? And, is using the fbh before starting, better for the engine?Use mine all the time even if it's not frozen, just like getting in a nice warm car
We did almost 100 miles of varied driving, originally just to Ikea to pick some stuff up, but ended up coming back the pretty route via Yorkshire, including spending some time enjoying the view from Holme Moss viewpoint in the dark.

Click and collect means minimal subjection to plywood maze time. You need to chill out after trying to find your way out of Ikea
The FBH kicks in as soon as engine starts when its cold to help get it up to temp quicker which is better for the engine.I wonder what uses less fuel.. running the fbh for getting in and driving off, or letting the engine warm itself up? And, is using the fbh before starting, better for the engine?
It's still good to know you made it out safe!Click and collect means minimal subjection to plywood maze time.
think i figured out why my glow plugs arent glowing. apparently the "MOST FOT" temp is reading 34c, according the the secret diag screen that everyone doesnt know about
guess something isnt plugged in..
i can't see any ref to whcih sensor it might be orwhere it might be located.. i hope its not a red herring and actually the temp of the infotainment unitI had no idea it was so tropical in the West.
What diagnostic equipment do you have?Fink its a red herring. I shall look for something else
i've been using SDD. It appears to be working and gives be a few errors, but nothing related to glow plugs, temperature signals etcWhat diagnostic equipment do you have?
