New Ring Automotive RSC806 Smart Battery Charger arrived this afternoon and battery now up to 12.94v. It's a nice constant voltage, none of that pulsing crap.

Normally about 12.6v but I think the new cheapo chinese FBH remote keeps kicking in and draining it.

Trying to figure out how to resolder the bcm screw connectors on the fuse board...
Is that the 3 nuts at the front of the pic?
If it is, you have to de-solder them, and clean them (using leaded solder) with a copper braid to get all the solder off, then get some lead based solder (Flows better) then tin the pads, and apply the solder on the pads, and solder them on

Yes the 3 underneath the fuse box labelled bcm 1 2 and 3.
Seems like a mammoth task to split the 2 halves, well above my pay grade

They do look like nuts, but soldered from the other side

@biketeacherdave did mine due to my loss of dexterity, your best sniping through the pins so the "sandwich " can be opened up then resoldered after the repair. May be worth a pm if you don't fancy trying it. Could be a full-time job Dave.

When I was in the trade a looooong time ago I used a solder sucker and found it better than the braid.

Snipping sounds like a good plan!!
