I'd council against using eBay except as a last resort. The number of time wasters, con artists and idiots you'll have to deal with is unreal. Best of luck with the prospective house purchase.

As far as I know, the 1 Ton wheels are sought after themselves.

You could easily find a few of the regular common ones, fit them and sell the 1 Ton wheels separately.
