What are peoples views on Diesel Suzuki Grand Vitara 5 door?

Yeah, I have heard about the marigold to waterproof the dizzy trick. The
diesel is waterproof from the word go though. I don't really intend to go
wading too often but you only have to misjudge a puddle once to get stuck.

Here's a response that'll go over the heads of the "youngsters" in the
group :)

Anyone here remember how Minis, in the first couple of years after they were
first introduced, would always splutter to a halt in a rainstorm? BMC tried
silicone grease and all sorts of things, but nothing really worked.

Then Radio Luxembourg (ask your Dad) announced the "rubber glove trick"
one evening, and all was well....

You need a bit more then a marigold, finding a glove with 9 fingers is also a
bit of a problem ;-)
