Classic What a fine Machine the Classic is..

Got the cast off my hand 2 days ago.

Had my mate store my recently acquired RRC at his place.

Decided to take her out for a good drive and see what a 3.9 with a manual is really capable off.

And what a machine she is..

That V8 coupled to a manual is a match made in heaven.

Handling is meh being post 91 it has roll bars.

In my brief tenure shes had head gaskets

Gotta love 'em..

Only issue is my heart ruled me head and i can't keep her!

No space!

oh well..

I have a chap coming today to view her..

thought i might as well blow the cobwebs out!!

Well damn...She looks great! I can only imagine what shes feel like with a no non-sense, row your own gears, manual transmission. We rarely see those over here!!

Interior looks perfect as well as the body
If you can’t keep it....
That would simply s..k...
I would think whoever does get it will have a fine classic
Driving them is a pleasure
They were ahead of there time

Unfortunately i say this with a tear in me eye.

she is sold!!

The guy bit me arm orf!!

Twas sad to see her go but if i was to have one again it would have to be an LSE with extra front leg room..

Anyway if you can find a v8 manual i say get it, rare as hens teeth and they go like the clappers!!

They is really comfy and can take hiding. No marks on my velour which inevitably it would have at that age if leather

It was one like that I wanted originally (but diesel). At the time I couldn’t find decent one and thought all P38’s were auto so ruled it out til I found mine. Once I popped the bonnet and saw a bmw in there that don’t leak like Defenders, it was hard not to show my excitement to the PO

The VM Classics are the ones you want.
