went down some diss used lanes from bradely earlier and ended up behind the argos distribution center ,
found a old farm house boarded up with a lot of land , so will make some enquiries in the week, no fer sale sign, just keep out danger

someone will want silly money for it, i gave up trying to find a good sized parcel of mixed use land round here years ago hence us being off up north soon
am impressed that you managed to get from Bradley to there via lanes, anything interesting ?

seen that one on the Doxey Rd, looks like it lives outdoors most of the time - what a waste
the bloke who i got in to check the rayburn combustion up north invited me over to his place - in amongst the beetles, lotus cortinas and a couple of S2s there was at least 3 Fergies that he'd been buying up off the locals for he price of a hangover
peeps have things better sorted up there, every house is a tenth the size of the outbuildings

dunt blame yer, j&s wont pay much , try watson bro up commom rd, might have to drag it there tho, chuck a load of crap in the back , washin machines etcme uncle had one, but he died last year ( both being senile and beer were contributing factors in his death funny enough)
been to try and lay claim to it but the lads int having any of it, they would rather let it rott than make a few quid,
