ok under the drivers seat you will find a pink plug, just waggel it a bit the turn your key on. it is offen just the plug comes loose with the seat getting moved back and forward..

First timer with a RR and wife had to move the seat forward so maybe thats caused the problem - blame her anyway!!!)
Air bag connectors under both front seats are yellow.
Disconnect them and push back together, might just be that simple.
Book symbol could be all sorts, need more info.
aight. thanks data. centre console coming out instead to have a look at the SRS ECU.
Can't remember the proper name, rotary coupler I think, it connects the steering airbag, horn and other wheel mounted buttons. Always dissconnect the car battery 30 minutes before working on the SRS to allow the internal reservoirs in the SRS ECU to discharge.Hi could you explain about the flexable connection, I have been through every damn connection and still have the srs light on, but sometimes it will go out and stay that way for days then will come back on, also find that sometimes on journeys of more than say 70 miles it will go out. Kind of wary about these things incase I set it off.
