i'd give him/her another week to sort it out.. it can be a right hassle breaking bits n bobs from vehicles, esp with no garage and you need to goto work and have good weather when you have free time

Agree with what you are saying,but was told last Monday that they where packed and ready to go, will send tomorrow.
