Did notice the bags went down as soon as I switched off where they would normally stay inflated all week with the car parked
You shouldn't be able to here the tank filling, what you can hear is a leak.
Told him this a while ago.

No conduit on most of the run on mine.I agree you wont hear the tank filling
The pipe runs inside a conduit so cant be easily inspected
As the exhaust often blows over the back axle and melts the main feed to the air tank.
Is hellish difficult to find without putting a real compressor on pipe and hearing the leak.
Doesnt take much of a leak
