And you should fit and tighten the positive lead first.if you've got it wrong the negative lead won't fit because the positive terminal is too big for the negative clamp.You fit the positive lead first in case the spanner touches the bodywork.Well done chief....next time its RED to the PLUS SIGN (+) and the BLACK to the NEGATIVE SIGN (-)....

I thiiiiink I kinda got that one. After my divorce, I lived in a caravan and had 03-off new 1000CCA batteries and used to swap them with the P38's one every few days, rotating them.
