Trying desperatly to find STC3403!

Dear all
I have done a 9-year nuts and bolts restoration of my SIII, 88', 1973. It's almost finished. But i have a real hard time to find five STC3403.. I had tried 6-7 places in the UK. Craddock 4x4, LRseries etc. All of them claim that they have them in stock but it seems like Land Rover just recently stopped selling them.

However i found them at Partacus.de.. but for the 5 day in a row their payment solution are broken. And they are not answering me. Seems like nobody knows english at that place.

So i am beginning to be desperat. Does anybody know anybody who has them in stock?? I need them to look as good as new.

And no i can't take variations. I already paid a fortune for historical correct tires. So i absolutely need the STC3403.
 
Second hand is your best bet. Only lwb ones are made now. If you're really lucky there might be some nos gathering dust somewhere.
 
I have tried to find them second hand also. eBay, Swedish and Danish forums. Maybe you guys could recommend me to more sources to find them?

I thought 231601 was the series 1 rim ....but knowing me I'm wrong ... the standard 88"

the important bit will be the off-set ...
 
Corners of the web are not to be trusted. I saw lots of stuff, some saying that a 231601PM was identical to the 3403, but whether there is such a thing I know not .

I've got the 'Official' LR Parts Book from June 1988 as a .pdf and it says 231601PM for the 88" SIII.

I have no idea if there is a difference between a 231601 and a PM.
 
So after 3 weeks of what i thought was clues where to find 231601PM. It turned out that they also didn't have it.
So it seems like the only way to find them are on the used market. It seems impossible now to find them new. Could you please point me to the best sites in England to find used Land Rover stuff?
