not really given it much thought yet, my missus is back in work mon lunch so we could stop over have a few drinks around the camp fire and have a leisurely drive back mon morning, would be better if we had some company:)
Sounds like a good idea. Mrs is nodding her head. Were up for that

Might, only might tho, have an mot on it, failed this morning, only on the rear anti roll bar bushes and linkage and panhard rod bushes so very pleased...

AND sahara tyres being fitted at weekend, they'll lower the body slightly but its got a lift so i can cope with the slight drop in height:D:D

yes you should be fine with out a snorkel unless we have a lot of heavy rain and yes tim we will be doing all the lands in that vid

Ok just watched the vid as i was on my phone early so could not, its not those lane we will be doing there are some vids somewhere in the fred if you want to look for them

I've just been under mine and all the bloody breathers have been cut off short. Including one coming out of the fuel tank?? gonna have to extend em all before, we go.

hi, i extended mine a couple of weeks ago, i found that 8mm washer bottle hose is a tight pushfit over the existing LR black breather pipes, routed the 4 off them into engine bay and using washer hose T's into 1 that goes up the snorkal, whole job cost about £4

Cheers I did the 90 with 6mm airline tubing & 3 Tee connectors that cost about a tenner in total. But I had to sweat the tubing onto the banjo unions.

Cleaned the disco out today put all me tools, jump leads, spare bulbs etc in 1 of me noo ammo boxes & me recovery gear in a 2nd & me camping bits & bobs in a 3rd. 4th one is still empty but will be full when we set off next friday.

The oil & water containers are a tight fit down the side and help to stop em from sliding around. Gotta put the other half of the rear seat back in this weekend. & there's just enough space between the seat backs & rthe Boxes for me trolley jack & Jackall.

Plus the good thing about em is when the back seats are folded down they are the same height as the ammo boxes. So can easily chuck an airbed in it & sleep in the back now,

Dammit ... Oi likes that ... but I only got one ammo box. Have to get some more methinks. I didn't think they'd be useful enough, but having one and seeing your pic just opens up a whole new world of possibilities .. :)

Hows everyone getting on with there vehicle preperations, I might be tempting fate but I think i've only to bolt my new rocksliders on when they return fron the galvanizers on Tuesday..........
