You lot are all to blame.

You persuaded me to buy another disco rather than a freelander. So I did. Then I went to landyzone bash and had a fantastic time.

You lot made me want to use my disco properly and now look what you've done.

Yellow90 made me need a new front bumper so I couldn't resist buying this.

Paul D and Yellow90 this is entirely your fault!!!

Hopefully it arrives in time for me to fit it before this coming weekend.:car:

Good move man ..

Just need a winch, 37" tyres, mahoosive soft suspension and a few diff lockers now .. :)

Winch is on the cards but will have to wait till I get paid. Tyres once I've got the funds a set of bf Goodrich mud terrains will find there way on. Not sure what size yet.but nothing huge as I can't be bothered with suspension mods

I was joking mate, most green lanes just need AT or better tyres to enjoy them without too much slipping and sliding. A standard Disco is an amazingly capable vehicle.

She is currently wearing all terrains, but there not very good ones so she is a bit squirrelly in the slippery stuff. Especially if I'm trying to tow a trailer which can happen when I want to get logs from our woodlands. Or if moving the sheep.

if that's made by the same company that made mine its going to be a really good move , I cant praise mine enough considering the **** I have put it through , hitting trees hard/wrecking pushing cars ect........

Them recovery eyes look a little small!!!
Ah wouldn't wana winch off them..

good point that , defo wont be from the guys who made mine with quality like that , mine was a really good and cheap bit of kit but I cant find the guys who made it , will be looking at billing to see if they are there as I want another one !

It's only the recovery eyes that are a little disappointing. The quality of construction is fantastic, really beautiful welds. Thick plate and properly heavy

maybe they are trying to cut costs a little mine had 6mm thick steel eyes on it , its built really well very heavy ,nice welds and thick steel

where did u get it?

Got it off a seller on ebay. Fitted to the car this morning along with a shiny new exhaust system, and over the next 3 days full polybushing. Fitting one of these alone is not that easy as its £"$£"$ heavy, especially when the mounting brackets need bending out 1/2 a mm to fit over the front of the chassis.

Number plate position is not permanent but it seemed an ideal place until I do actually get a winch.

Next thing to fit is a steering guard as with the front bumper so high they look worryingly unprotected.
