Ok we've got some numbers:

The deal is £50 per person based on a double room and including a three course hot evening meal. (Choice of three starters, mains and desert) so something to suit everyone. Also including breakfast.

Should we manage to occupy all 11 rooms then I'm sure this rate can be reduced further.

Oh absolutely worth it, my little black book of lanes is full to bursting with the good stuff.
Hardly any Tarmac, awesome scenery, a miriad of technical and testing routes oh and a top drawer night in a quality hotel.

You'll not be disappointed.

If anyone wants to stay Friday night Travel Lodge have an autumn offer on, £24 for a room for the night at one of the ones nearby.

See I'm being good and keeping the costs down :D

What sort of price would it be if we was to bring our daughter? is there any possibility of a family room/meal (only for 3) just weighing up our options, she may end up staying with my mum when it comes to it?
 
As soon as I know proper numbers I can go back and negotiate a better rate. So the more rooms we fill the better it is for everyone.

Stick your name down and we can sort the rooms at a later date. But yes there will be family rooms.

Single for me, if they do them, no way I am bringing my daughter :D:D:D

No probs and thanks, got my name down already, me and the mrs was just talking about it, weighing up whether or not to bring her along,
ill keep my eyes peeled for more info ;)
