200 rear props have got four holes due to there being no donut. :)

Im thinking of getting a second front diff as a spare for the future, as the backlash in mines starting to get to the point of replacing the whole diff, so id just use the drive flange seen as its 24 spline and 4 bolt

Sorry don't really understand that :confused:

I have read your last three posts, do you need advice?

The Travel Lodge thing I booked a couple of months ago and posted that deals were available at £22, at that time. Would expect the price to have gone up, especially as a few of us have booked it.

If its the timing belt, I didn't realise you were asking a question. I am collecting spares which I know I would never be able to fit "just in case". A timing belt hasn't made that list yet, although there is always time . I thought, perhaps wrongly, that they were changed at about 5 years or 70,000 miles. I have assumed that as long as you have kept to this it should be OK.

The head gasket went on mine last week, but I haven't started carrying a spare. However I do carry stuff which I might break like UJ, wheel bearing, steering bar and belts, filters, fluids, bulbs and am still adding to them.

We also have people on the trip who I know can fix things and I have top of the range breakdown cover which covers me in Wales :D:D

I'm still quite lost.

Can anyone interpret?

Well they would have to be really desperate to want my help :pound:

Although all the stuff I carry around in the Landy has been useful in the past :D:D

Do I need to make up a route for the Ambulance group??

I don't think so....reckon she'll go anywhere the 109 will. Ok so her arse is a little bigger but no taller than a series with a rack so about the same as a lifted Fender.

Happy to give anything a go so long as folk don't mind the possibility of one or two hold-ups along the way
