Gave Buttercup the good news with a hose and some rags. And a drop of polish/wax.

When I bought the old girl I was mostly interested in chassis condition, but in fact the body was pretty good as well. Anyway some photo's of a 32 year old chassis.

Looks like some body mounts will be in the pipeline soon.

I thought you'd bent the back bumper in the first photo but its just a flower pot/bucket .

For some reason both the rear and front bumpers angle upwards, I wasn't sure they were right but nothing had been bent so after refurbing they went back on. I have since realised that a PO had modded the brackets, why ??. My answer to it all is that when they need a fresh coat of paint the brackets get repositioned to as near correct as poss.

It’s the OE pot for when you chuck money at it

Mending nicely thank you, just trying to resist picking the scabs now. Bloody jumped a bit Sat morn when a mate shook my hand a bit hard.
