What a pilchard! Well you have photographic evidence of every vehicle coming through, moving the tractor, and everyone there will back that up as it was moved in a way that would cause no damage to the vehicle at all!

Well the fuzz were happy with my statement that everything was done with good intent and the grumpy boatman has admitted to being a tosser and blocking the highway.
So as I explained we had photographic evidence of hot wiring a tractor and man handling a pick up truck I thought hang on here....this actually sounds quite iffy.

Wasn't strictly hot wiring

I did have to explain that due to the age of the vehicle the 'key' was a screwdriver.

surely if he was blocking a public right of way,then you should be entitled to remove the obstacle without fear of recriminations.
