Folks,

Just did the air to coil conversion 2" lift with the medium kit from Terraf.... Lift on the front 6cm and rear 4cm. Not so impressive. But the ride is much more comfortable.
So after now having fitted a discrete winch, front lift is 5cm. Better:clap2:

Still I would like to get min 1 to 2 cm higher lift on the rear side.
Any idea ?

Have a great WE !

What about a spacer of the required lift/thickness under the rear spring axle seat pan?

Was your lift kit the TF229?
I am struggling to find the TF229 as i am told there is a supply issue with the long shocks.
The alternative is the Britpart yellow spring/Supergaz shock kit part no# DA5007 at approx £250....

Also, have you got a suspension fault light on the dash now?

Yeah, spring spacers will be the best option, and are cheaper than buying new springs!

Rear terrafirma shocks are part number tf128 for the 2" extended ones

The TF229 is a complete air to spring kit, medium load plus 50mm lift. Having called the suppliers, they say the shocks are the part missing from the full kit. Date of fresh consignment is August!!! Hence me looking at the Britpart kit....

Are the parts not available to buy separately? I would Definitely go with the terrafirma over the britpart any day.

They are the all terrain ones.

Yeah i'd say OME may be better, but dont think so with bearmach, although ive never seen any complaints about their suspention

All these links will not get you a kit, there are no long shocks in the country..... the Terrafirma importers (Allmakes 4x4) have told me this, none until August 2012.:(
