Hi :cool2:
My disco has been unable to lift into normal driving height since May (it is in the dropped height position), so it's been mostly sitting on the drive since then. It did raise up for a few days, after it had been left for about 2 months, then went back to the dropped height.
Our local dealer says the compressor got wet (I took it to the car wash in March as I was thinking about selling), so maybe it got wet this way....?
I'm about to buy a new air suspension pump compressor (for the 2nd time in 18m!)....however, a friend told me that she has a kit on her disco (same year/model), that keeps it in 4x4 height, and it never drops, ever. Is she right, is there such a kit? If so, what is it called? Do I still need to buy a new compressor? Could I dry out the old compressor and keep as a spare? I have googled like a loon, and can't find any of the info I'm looking for....
Thanks, Vic.
