Most likely that cliff face on the penultimate lane. You would gave noticed it earlier otherwise.

Most likely happened at that cliff, that's where i did my steering the time before. I've looked at it 3 times now and still can't work out why my steering wheel position has changed, everything drives fine and no signs of anything bent or out of place, but there is something that has change since launching of the cliff.
driving to the pub earlier with amanda and alice i noticed i only had about half lock going right - so ive managed to do something to the steering without knowing about it and i havent the foggiest where i did it. and im driving to wales tomorrow

you found out what you've done/broken? how long you gone to wales for?
looking at the vid your descent was pretty controlled, in fact how did you get down so slowly ??
