Got a strange thing going on with my indicators, regardless of if I'm indicating left or right, when I switch the indicators on they work normally, then as I start to turn, the relay click and dash warning lights flash quick (as if a bulb has gone on a normal car) this happens for no more than 2 seconds then goes back to normal. I have no idea if this is effecting the exterior indicators as I can't replicate the problem on the drive. Any ideas anyone? iBus fault is my first thought but no idea where to start.

Ok just managed to replicate this, indicators run fine for between 10-15 flashes then flash quick for 5 flashes then go back to normal for another 10-15, this is effecting the exterior lights as well, it's the same on both sides, no bulbs have been changed so I'm now thinking faulty lcm?

I'm thinking a connector issue.

They flash, they draw current, but they also heat up. The resistance must be building, fooling the relay into thinking a bulb is blown.

Remove the bulbs one at a time and check/clean the contact surfaces and the earth where the holder meets the body of the bulb.

Then check any plugs for damp corroded connectors.

do you have cornering lamps fitted (factory option),

failing that, as above, clean up the bulb hold conections (sand paper and a flat head screwdriver)

Not unusual for the RR, but then again, nothing is, All my lights and dashboard lights and indicators went to pot once and couldn't find anything but when i took the speedo cluster out and back in again everything started to work which was probably just a dodgy connection.
Did you try any diagnostics when you had the fault as sometimes clearing down any resident faults clears the system of strange behaviour.

i checked diagnostics, but i've got an issue that i can't access the LCM with all comms or navcoder, allcomms says it's a bus fault navcoder just says there is an error although it can read the codes and tells me there are 4 or 5 error codes logged, allcomms just freezes trying to read lcm data. but i never did anything to the car the only difference was i had the lights on last night driving from work and the indicators ran fine and they were still fine this morning.
dodgy earth maybe? no idea just going to check things over this afternoon but if the problem isn't there anymore how do i know if i fixed it or not lol

Could be earth I guess but could also be LCM, have you checked if it's damp, I haven't read back on my phone so you may have done all this previously but if it's working ok now, stop looking ;)

LCM is dry and so are other items on the same bus, sat nav etc, so really a strange one still not got to the bottom of why i can't access LCM with diagnostics but my guess is it could be dirty/loose connection on transfer box as this seems to flag up quite a few communication errors
