How's your Disco going? Just thinking what to do with mine at the moment. Fancy a body off resto next summer and then creating a expedition vehicle so me and the missus can go away more often.

HI Ian!
Mine is currently sat in the corner feeling sorry for itself with no MOT and no fun since May when it was last out, just havent had time recently to work on it!
It has defo plateaud now, reached a point where its good enough to use and doesnt need much work or money putting into it.
i would like some better tyres but that money can be spent elsewhere these days, just doing up a new apartment you see.
But yeah im hugely looking forward to a bit of time to get it fixed up for its mot (bit of welding, broken lights etc) and get out for a jolly days laning again!
body off resto will be nice to see, PLEASE galv the chassis

I will be ready for the next one I think, September/October ish.
Just dragged the disco out of the corner today as it happens, emptied it and jetwashed the inside, always a pleasure
Gonna get it shipshape tomorrow for its well overdue MOT and then tart it up for a mag shoot looming in August.
After that it'll be back to house work but disco will be untouched (saving me money) until the next laning run wit' boys!
I will be ready for the next one I think, September/October ish.

epic epic epiiccc landy and ur just like me with gadgets only just bought my disco im from stockport pal
went on my first pay and play the other weekend
heres my disco if you see me as am up whythenshaw area bagley regularly

Ah thanks mate that's great to hear. Yeah, a LOT of work has gone into it!
Anyway yours looks well and pretty easy to spot! I'll keep my eyes peeled!
Will meet up one day and do some lanes etc, pm me your number, I try to keep local members phone numbers so we can get together for laning easily

Thanks pal!
Yeah as mark said that is the coil packs and HTs, if you notice there is no distibutor fitted to this engine, a very nice feature of the megasquirt upgrade!
Regards cleaning, lots of jetwashing and then a coating of 'special stuff' that we use specifically for sheening up engine bays on the vehicles here at work, as you can see it brings it to life!
Obviously the painting and detail on the motor makes it more appealing!
