Last time I went on Holiday they gave me a complete set of new clothes. Weren't really my style though, & every fooker else was wearing the exact same things.

Clothes are bits and bats, you know oils, filters, lights, rebuild kits, maybe a tyre or two.

Holidays are engines, gearboxes, axles...

That did make me laugh

People call me weird for not wanting to buy clothes etc.
I would somewhat agree with the weird bit. Just not due to not buying clothes

I always tell 'em what's the point in buying new clothes when I don't go anywhere

I'm quite happy in me scruffs

But as you say they wouldn't understand.
