Oh what a surprise?? And 99% of forestry tracks are closed to the public and have no vehicular ROW on them The ones that have a vehicular ROW would need tax Ins & MOT to be driven legally. & how's he gonna get from one forest track to another without without driving on a tarmacced road..

Oy, less of the knocking what people drive - i drive a f**king knackered, beat up old series (that i love dearly) and being in the railway game myself have a fair idea what your on... it's a long way off what i'm on.
(but at least your doing a proper apprentice, just a shame no ones told you Britain has f**ked up the future for engineering as a whole, especially when it comes to railways)
