try greasing the propshafts, see if that fixes it
get even lower profile tyres first!
then put a quad exhaust pipe on, the extra wash at the back will change the aerodynamics and sort out the issue
or a spoiler!!

In case I need to grease something else though, where can I buy some? Will I be able to buy some 710 liquid for the engine from the same place?

Do you really have a Landy? Mine has an apparently standard driveway oiler, which keeps the tyres topped up nicely.
