Seared...................... Grills knackered.
Pan Fried.................. As apposed to fried in a welly.
Oven roasted............As apposed to roasted in a sideboard.

Have you arrived yet? If so I expect the weather is cracking. Gorgeous here, clear blue sky and sunny. Snow still great condition.
This will look sh@t cos camera can't detect gradients with all the white. This starts on top of Valeta peak about 3.3km above sea level. It's a thrilling, steep, red run, but you can't tell.
Not far for you to here, very cheap introduction to skiing for you and the Mrs.

He hasn't left, and I doubt he is fit for the snow, cos he has the flu.

Never made it pal- I have been quacks and I have pneumonia so home at the minute. We are hoping to make next weeks flight. We have been watching the weather and it looks amazing. Hope your having a great time and enjoying yourselfs

No wonder, the bigger ones couldn't turn round in a narrow canal!Might give it a go if I see some reduced. They aren't an indigenous fish on the Fens.
