It used to have but I made a noo one like this...
That is almost finished, it dont have the brass bit on bottom and is fitted onto suck pipe.
There is no way that can get clogged now

Do you mean summit like the fuel tank breather pipe being blocked causing a vacuum in the tank/fuel line?
