I have and no answers, its been the same for a while...in fact when i put the 200tdi in, suspect munkey error, but cannot see it:(

Have you tried rigging up a gravity feed from a bottle and working backwards from the injector pump/filter etc so you can eliminate problems one section at a time?

Yer bulb crushing like that must mean the pump is ok. Feed tube must be blocked or bulb to weak, crushing and constricting flow. Have you tried it without the bulb?
